It recently came to our attention just a short while ago that sometime during last evening the Office 365/Zendesk link for our email@example.com
email address broke. Though it took less than 30 mins to resolve the problem we were not aware of it until approx 1pm.
If you emailed a new ticket to our Support team (or replied to an existing one) between 12am PST last night and 1pm PST today your email may have bounced back. If you're issue is still active please resubmit your ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org
